Bottle from the Meadery, straight out of the mead cellar, 11/27/24. Clear gold. Honey, apple, floral notes, and cider spices up front. Pepper comes through on the finish. Nice mix of flavors.

Bottle. Pours yellow gold. Nose/taste of honey, jalapeño, apple cider and vanilla - medium body. Nice pepper heat in finish.
