Aroma: The nose is yeast/spice, lemon/citrus zest, lemongrass, and some floral notes
Appearance: This one pours a cloudy yellowish-orange color with a thin head and light lace.
Flavor: The flavor is bright and spice-forward, lemongrass, and a cleanly bitter close
Palate: From a mouthfeel perspective it is quite refreshing and clean with a lively carbonation
Overall Impression: Draft at the brewery I absolutely loved this beer. From the growler I still really like it, but a second tasting may have taken away just a hint from the mystic. I am going to score it pretty high though. Still, excellent beer for a brand new brewery with a kid brewing the beer. This place has a ton of potential, and the Search Saison is, in my opinion, the best indicator of that potential.
