Bottle @ home, picked up at Casey. 2/17/15 release. Pours a hazy golden orange appearance with a foamy off white head and nice carbonation. The aroma has some parmesan, melon, honey dew, pineapple, and tons of lemon. Not overly spicy. Smells very rustic with plenty of lemon and cheese. Lightly tart. A little bit of green hops. Really just lots of melon, lemon, and tropical fruit. Super refreshing and delicious. The carbonation does seem to dissipate quickly. I’m going to re-rate the original saison release after very much enjoying this one. This one is nice.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lovely Belgian yeast, dry hopping, and light funk. Flavour is funky and oaky, with tart citrus, wood, and oak. Complex and funky, with a lovely citrus funk on the finish. Very nice.

750ml bottle pours out a cloudy straw topped with a white head. Nose is great a nice hop leaf along with a nice belg yeast. Taste is more of the nice leafy hops and yeast kick.

Shared by Dallas and Bonnie. Hazy golden color. I just dont like dry hopped and bretty beers. So, its right on target but the hop oils and bitterness mixed with herbal Brett is counter productive.
