Negra opaca. Color coca cola a la luz. Medio dedo de espuma. Aroma a malta tostada, miel y café. Ligera de cuerpo y carbonatación notable. Agradable sabor, con predominio de cafe y chocolate, mezclado también con lupulos florales.

Pours dark brown with ruby shades. Tan head. Very high aroma: cherry, honey, cola, milk chocolate. Fizzy, powerful even though it’s not very high on alcohol contents. Starts a little sweet; ends not very bitter. Interesting.

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 19C). Bottle 35.5 cl - Batch unknown. AROMA: roasted malt aroma with notes of caramel and some dark chocolate. initial low hop aroma that starts to fade with a pine-like character and remains with a fresh note, balanced with the malt. APPEARANCE: ruby color body and clear. average light tanned head with average retention. TASTE: moderate sweet malty flavour with initial cocoa note, finishing with an almost dry coffee flavour. low bitterness and very low to no hop flavours discernible. PALATE: medium-low body with average carbonation. OVERALL: a nice American brown ale that lacks a bit more hop presence.
