The strong presence of dark chocolate is nicely balanced with hints of roasted barley and English hops. A warming stout that will age beautifully in a bourbon barrel (winter 2016).

At the source: pours black with a dark tan head. Aroma is chocolate, coffee, and vanilla. Taste is lightly sweet, a bit bitter, some vanilla. Lingering aftertaste. Not bad.
