16 ounce can. Mahogany brown color. Small creamy beige head. Toasted malt aroma hints at orange and cranberry. Sweet toasted malt flavor has notes of dried fruits and orange peel. Some malty smokiness as well. Sticky mouthfeel. Some sweet citrus in finish.

Adelphi, East Brunswick, NJ bomber: pours brown with an off white head. Aroma is dark fruits, sugar, and some bread. Taste is somewhat sweet. It is perhaps a bit muddled. Quite light bodied for a scotch ale. Meh.
