Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a light amber color with a finger’s worth of off white semi-foamy head. No lace.
The aroma had some floral hop sweetness, gentle floral bitterness, light grassiness, slight hop spice, bright citrus pulp. Ended with a little bit of vanilla.
The flavor blended the floral hop sweetness along with the vanilla to the slow bitterness component. Barely any aftertaste, but had a nice vanilla sweet sort of slight floral finish.
The feel was between light and medium on the body with a pretty good sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine along with the ABV.
Overall, an APA with a sturdy bitterness yet smooth enough from the vanilla portions. Quite nuanced and worthy of coming back to.
