Cask @ Old Coffee House, London. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate hoppy - tropical fruit. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate biter finish. 250413

Cask at cross Keyes, 11th April 2013, friend visiting from NYC good beer to get him back in swing with a decent British brew. Nice light beer with loads of flavour , bitter grapefruit and pine hops with a lovely balance, perfect easy drinking

Hand-pulled pint in King William 1V on 16 Feb 2013. I should have known by its name it would be a pale golden citrus flavoured beer: all the New Zealand hops I’ve ever come across are citrusy and UK brewers seem to only use them in light brews. I don’t usually like citrusy blonde beers, hence I didn’t like this one either. Others my fall over trying to get these sort of brews but I’m bored with them. The beer looked bright and clean enough, I’ve already mentioned it’s citrusy flavour (grapefruit and lemon washing up liquid). Thin bodied and uncomplicated to my mind.

Cask @ Old Coffee House, small head, relatively clear lemon yellow colour, complex citrus aroma with some bread, flavour of grapefruit and goosberries with a touch of pine and some malty hints in the back, medium very empathic bitterness. Excellent.

Cask at the Old Coffee House, 18/01/13. Lightly hazed pale golden with a thin bubbly off white head. Nose carries leafy hops, pine, citrus, grapefruit. Taste comprises pine, hops, pineapple, grapefruit, tropical fruit notes, mineral tones. Medium bodied with soft carbonation, hop bitterness in the finish. Decent.

(Cask at King William IV, Leyton, London, 22 Nov 2012) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit and peaches. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, tropical fruit, grapefruit and slightly biscuity malt. Light body, quite dry, with a generous citric bitterness. Nice one.
