Welcome to the world of Cocoa Psycho, a liquid dimension where pure indulgence reigns.

This Imperial Stout borrows from the voluptuary decadence of 18th Century Russia, with its extravagantly smooth blend of crushed coffee beans, cacao nibs and dark malts.

Dig past the infusions of vanilla pods and toasted oak chips and eventually you’ll come face to face with the madness required to make this beer: a kind of depraved logic that would make Rasputin himself proud.

To fully unleash the aromas and bittersweet luxury of this stout we recommend drinking it from a stemmed beer glass before taking a sledgehammer to a Faberge egg.

Malts: Extra Pale, Wheat, Cara, Smoked, Black and Roasted Barley
Hops: Cascade, Fuggles and Goldings

Keg at Brewdog Camden. Dark brown golden creamy head. Aroma chocolate, milky, bit roasty. Taste similar, bit of smoke, some savoury element, vanilla, bit of soy sauce. Milky chocolate too. Nice, not sure it's quite there, but I like it.

A very tasty big beer, lots of bold roasted barley flavour that heavily dominates. But it is fermented wonderfully and has a very balanced feel. Brewdog Budapest

Bottle. Black, opague. Dark chocolate, pak and vanilla in the aroma. Full bodied alcoholic. Dark chocolate, oak and vanilla in the flavor. Even looks like peppers have been used, which isn’t the case. The vanilla is well integrated, Good beer!
