375 ml bottle, corked and caged thanks to Robert. Batch 010, fresh. Pours a lively large white head, a bright and opaque orange hue. A sweet spicy and citrus nose. A funky, fluffy brew, some light straw, spices, certainly has hints of Brett. Very tasty. Super easy to drink. Lovely brew.

Tap at RR Brewpub. It pours straw yellow, with a thick fluffy white head. The nose is herbal, dough, straw, hay, lemon-lime and floral. The taste is hay, straw, dough, flour, weak lemon soap, chalk, leaf, honey and herbal, with a dry finish. Light to medium body and soft carbonation. A decent blonde ale, but nothing special.

Enjoyed from bottle at Haven Gastropub while eating dinner with some co-workers. Aearance bright cloudy gold with frothy white head that rims around the glass. Aroma belgian yeast, clove, pepper, very light touch of orange peel, pretty nice. Taste was full bodied, incorpirated some of the typical Belgian elements (clove, banana, yeast), and they just do it incredibly well. Very very easy drinker and delicious, wish RR would distribute to Chicago!

Location: This rating is a combination of some notes from multiple samplings starting in May 2011, and finishing with a shared bottle at dbarnold's on 10/16/11

Aroma: The nose is sweet malts, some Belgian yeast, lemon zest, dough, and toast
Appearance: This one pours a yellow-golden color topped by a nice, thick, frothy white head
Flavor: Tastes of lemon and Belgian yeast, spice, a little hop bitterness, and light vinous and bretty notes
Palate: The body is medium, it is fairly smooth and I always find it really drinkable, with a solid mouthfeel
Overall Impression: This one was a nice pull at Dave's, who busted out the line "grab anything in the fridge." As you know, Mr. Arnold, when you say that to me, you are going to see something like your Redemption come out, but you knew what you were getting yourself into, and I don't think you were too sad to be drinking this one either! Anyway, I'm a fan of this one. I've had it on multiple occasions and always found it highly drinkable and enjoyable. Another very solid offering from one of the best breweries in the country.

Pours a hazy light yellow with small, lasting head. Pronounced flavor of clove and spice, along with a sour-banana fruitiness. Reminiscent of a Hoegaarden or other witbier. There’s a rather bitter/sour aftertaste to it. Glad I had the chance to try it, though this isn’t really my favorite style.

Bottle from a recent trade, thanks to whomever sent this! Pours a slightly hazy pale gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has notes of a bit of sweet grains, some grassy notes and a bit of belgian yeast. Flavor has a nice grassy and light floral note with a bit of light citrus. Light and easy to drink.

Batch 008 bottle courtesy of obguthr at the 15th Richmond Ratebeer Gathering, 7/16/11. Pours a slightly hazy straw yellow with a medium sized creamy offwhite head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of tart citrus, earthy and musy notes and a bitter hop finish. The taste is bread, bitter hops and caramel. Medium bodied.
