Farmy aroma like a dusty old barnyard. Pours dark brown with decent head. Bitter finish. Some alcohol and molasses but not sweet. Whiskey barrel booze. Not my favorite. Tap at Sovereign.

330ml bottle @Buskers Pub (Rome). Bruna, intensa, schiuma beige media, non molto persistente. Al naso sentori di caramello, frutta secca, anice, spezie, alcol. In bocca è dolce con finale bilanciato da un discreto amaro, rotonda e appagante. Corpo medio-alto, carbonazione medio-leggera. Ottima!

Dark brown colored, small+ offwhite-beige head. Aroma is of caramel, toast, spices, dried fruits and some yeast. Taste is medium sweet malt, toast, some caramel and dried fruits, spice, Belgian yeast, light+ bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, bit creamy.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, chestnut colour with ruby glimmer and average to huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Malty, fruity aroma, hints of red fruit, cherry, red berries, a chocolately touch, a dusty touch of chocolate rice wavers (Nippon), minimally vinous base layer with hints of darker fruit, blue grapes, plum, raisin. Taste is malty, slightly fruity and minimally spicy, hints of liquorice, some raisin, a touch of plum; minimally alcoholic, warming finish. Quite complex, not overly intense.
