Had this during my spring break in Cape Coral, FL. Slightly candy sweet but not very estry. Not light and citrus-coriander like style is intended. More Belgian Ale with ciruander than wit. 737314

Very phenolic which can turn me off, but this one is unique in a few ways. It has a really nice bright citrus character in the nose. Lemon and lime. I’ve always been bad at smelling coriander in these beers, but I think i can sense it here. Flavor is phenolic at clove and more to banana, but again more citrus and wheat. Lightly medicinal finish. Hints of bubblegum sweetness. Its good if you like witbier, just OK otherwise.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can poured into a can. Hazy deep golden with small white head. Aroma is orange, medium body, medium carbonation, and good medium-bubble lacing. Taste is orange rind.

Sample at the tap room. Clear yellow-gold color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to a wispy film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of yeast, bananas and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal wheat, citrus and doughy malt. The finish is fruity with a wheat and banana aftertaste. Average overall.
