Traditionally brewed as a fortifying drink for farm hands during the harvest season, this style of beer needed to nourish and refresh but not overly intoxicate so that work could continue in the fields after imbibing the wonderful elixir. This delicious, dry saison is crafted with a balance of Pilsner, Rye, and Vienna malts; flaked wheat; and German Magnum and Czech Saaz hops.
