This unique beer is extremely refreshing on its own, but pairs very well with all types of food from spicy to heavy. We add oodles of fresh and dried ginger, along with lemons, limes and spice. Crisp and effervescent, this beer will cleanse your palate and refresh you on even the hottest of summer days.

On tap at the source. On of the better ginger beers. Conceals the alcohol well.

Ginger nose. Clear golden, medium head. Intense ginger and daffodil flavor within a lemoon base, the two really not very compatible. Unpleasantly Bitter and perfumey. Odd for any beer, downright bad in a lager and this comes from a guy that likes west coast hopped pilsners.

Had this on draft as part of the sampler at the Wild Wolf brewpub. Poured a light golden yellow color with a large white head. Aroma was strong ginger notes. Flavor was also strong on the ginger notes, some spice and a touch of citrus. I would not suggest getting this if you don’t like ginger.

Draft sample at the brewery. Pours a golden color with a large white head. Sweet aroma with strong ginger notes. The taste is big ginger notes, citrus and a spicy finish. Medium bodied. Interesting.
