We’ve programmed Electric Sheep to build on a Pilsner malt foundation, which cultivates a caramel aroma and a smooth, nutty flavor. German Noble hops provide just a dream of herbal sharpness at the finish. No need to flee this Belgian amber—it’s the perfect pint for any replicant or beer-lover.

Tap at brewery. Pours Amber colored with a small white head. Aroma is nutty, smells a bit like a nut brown. Flavor is also nutty, yes yeast notes after the initial sip. Finishes with some bitter nuts and grasses.

4oz draft pour at Spacebar. Poured a clear amber color with not much of a head. Aroma was sweet malts, toasted malts, light yeast, some sweet fruit. Flavor had some funky yeast notes, caramel. Light toast. Sweetness.

Keg at Kardinal Hall, 3/27/16. Clear dark red, large creamy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of caramel malt, smoke, yeast. The taste is caramel, plum, berries, yeast, mild smoke. Medium bodied, crisp, moderate carbonation. Nice beer.

Yeasty aroma, hints of smoke which seem to bring out the yeast. Clear dark bronze, thin head, some lace. Bready, malt and grain at midpalate, dried leaves throughout. Berry finish once warm. Medium body, easy carbonation, zero astringency.
