Keg at Whole Foods Charlottesville. Hazy orange, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of bready malt, citrus, blueberry. Taste is pine, lemon, spice, herbal notes, bready malt. Medium bodied, lingering spice, crisp. Nice beer.

Tap at pale fire. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is faint - minor yeast. Flavor is yeast, minor lemon zest, grass, basil. If there’s any blueberry here it must be well hidden. Fine but uninspiring.

Green apple, apple core, oak nose. Cloudy amber, medium head. Oak, persimmon, plum skins, and green apple. Basil finish. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Superb.

3 oz draft pour at Adroit Theory. Poured a clear pale yellow color with a small slightly off-white head. Aroma was herbal, light funky notes. Mild peach, and citrus note. Touch of pepper.
