Saving Grace is based on rustic farmhouse beers Trappist monks used to brew for sustenance that would allow them to continue to work during the day. This rustic table beer is brewed with Pilsner malt, Czech Saaz hops and our house Saison yeast to provide a satisfying end to a long day of hard work.

Keg at Sedona Taphouse, 5/28/15. Extremely pale hazy yellow. Extremely. Like, out of this world. Never seen that before. Large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of yeast, doughy malt, clove, citrus, hay, stone fruits, marzipan. The taste is citrus, stone fruits, bread, hay, yeast, clove, honey. Medium bodied, high carbonation, dry, refreshing.

Funk, lemon zest nose. Milky yellow, thin head. Funk and coriander. Light body, fizzy. Tasty and easy to drink.
