Flat and watery bock beer, not very interesting. At least, it’s not as afwully sweet as the bocks from the big Dutch brewers.

33 cl. bottle sampled – courtesy of Ben. Thx! Bit past the BBF date. Pours a murky brown, light reddish hue, almost no head. Nose is reveals oxidation, iron, signs of age, caramel & leaves but the smell is of little importance with vintage beers. Taste is quite good, not badly aged, caramel, sweet toffee, brown sugar, creamy touch of mocha, sweet spices & leaves, dried fruits, sweet. Bit lighter body but creamy still. Nice.

Somewhat hazy reddish brown colour, beige head. Aroma of caramel, dried fruits, bread and malt. Quite sweet flavour, bit metallic, lots of caramel. Light bitter touch. Full sweet body, almost cloying, short sweet finish.

Hazy dark amber color, creamy head. Caramel aroma, a bit perfumy. Simple caramel flavor with a light feeling of puke. Refreshing but flawed.
