Half pour on tap at the brewery. Appearance is lightly hazy yellow with no sparkle, thin cap of white head with fair retention and nice lacing. Aroma is musky and light stone fruit. Taste is stone fruit forward over musk and cracker. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and crisp finish as taste. Overall, well made but not terribly complex or strong. Ok.

Draft: Cloudy, light yellow, with a white head. Lemony, grapefruit scent. Taste has a little yeast, musty grapefruit. Almost wit-like...a hoppy wit....peel-bittering. OK.

Bomber from Wine & Cheese. Pours hazy gold with a creamy foamy white head. Aroma is lightly fruity with some mild sweatsox. Maybe a little rosin. Citrus. Something earthy that seems to be related to the brett family. Very much like a good farmhouse ale.
