330ml Bottle - Hazy golden with a foamy white head. Tea, lemon, coriander and a hint of yoghurt in the aroma. Refreshingly lemony taste with notes of coriander, yoghurt and lemon meringue.

Bottle at home in London, pours clear gold, effervescent with a large, frothy white head. The aroma holds doughy malts, Belgian yeast, white grape, berries. Medium sweet flavor with more sugary bread, doughy wheat, candi sugar, pale fruits, pear. Medium bodied with average to lively carbonation. Sweet finish with faint bitter hay, some grains, more pear, light apple, sugar, white bread. Simple Belgo gear.

Slightly hazy golden. Huge and dense white head. Aroma of citrus and oranges, as well as weissbier and coriander. Same in taste, only stronger. Very fruity, also with peach. Quite carbonated. High drinkability.

Mechelen’s city beer since 2009, with thick, firm, cream white head and clear golden blonde colour; perfumed aroma of vanilla, citrus peel, banana, pansies, coriander, caramel, honey and banana. Fruity taste with subdued ’citrusness’, relatively strong carbo, smooth caramelly maltiness, dry hop bitter finish. Very well-balanced and appetizing, but otherwise typically Belgian top-fermented blonde.

Bottle @ Le Trappiste, Altrincham. Hazy Amber-orange with a carbonation and a thick frothy head. Good nose with some fruitiness and a pale texture. There’s slightly more fruit in its dry taste and is an excellent Belgian blonde.

OK session Belgian but not up to brewery’s standards. Pours blonde with good head and lacing. Slightly cloudy. Too much evident booze. Light perfume. Tap at Jack Rose.
