St. Bernardus Wit is a traditional unfiltered Belgian white beer. It was developed in collaboration with Pierre Celis, the legendary master brewer who founded the Hoegaarden brewery, brewing their signature beer that was the driver of the resurgence of white beer in the 1950s. St. Bernardus Wit looks distinguished and classic with its attractive, golden-yellow colour hidden under a subtle veil – it epitomises the authentic Belgian cloudy white beer.

Thuis uit een flesje. Mooie goud-oranje kleur, troebel en goed wit schuim. Lekker fris aroma, smaak vol voor een witbier, bijna een weizen, maar ook frisheid van het witbier. Uitstekend.

Bottle from a Carrefour. Pours hazy ochre with a small, lasting, frothy, white head. The aroma contains wheat, lemon, soapy coriander, yeast, grain, hint of honey. It tastes light fruity sweet and light to medium wheaty/hoppy bitter with citric sour tones; spicy/wheaty finish. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. As a Witbier, very recommendable.
