Goldrush, is a unique saison aged for 6 months in white wine barrels. Initially undergoing mixed primary fermentation with Saccharomyces Trois & Brettanomyces L, it was next refermented in freshly dumped petit Manseng wine barrels with unpasteurized Goldrush apple cider, pressed in Richmond, Va at Blue Bee Cider. This limited edition 100% bottle conditioned nectar features tart notes of lush white wine and juicy pineapple.

From a 375 ml bottle purchased at the release party on November 21, thanks to b3playr. Thanks! Pours a clear gold with a scant off white gold. Aroma of white wine. Flavors of tart cider and oak. Crisp funky finish.
