Tasting at Matt’s; batch 2, 5.25% ABV
Cloudy blond color. The aroma is a bit sour, lemony, plastic; nuts and cabbage; weird. Extremely sour, lactic, lemony, with no bitterness.
Unbalanced. Ok to drink only if you are looking for a lemon juice drink and no beer in it.

Bottle thanks to Kurt. Pours a hazy yellow gold woth smal white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is cherry skin and wood. Thin mouth tart cherry, wheat, light, very nice.

50mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Nose brings out tart apples and wild acidic notes. Flavour is really bland and off, with water sour notes, light cheesy notes and wild qualities. Not complex nor cohesive. Not terrible, but not good.

[2/22/15] Draught at Tool Box in Vista. Slightly hazy golden. Funky aroma with cobwebs and a bit of cherry. Refreshing sourish flavor with funk, cherries and lemony touches. Medium-bodied. Very good.
