Dark ruby in color with a wonderful smokey malt aroma. We added 10 pounds of serrano peppers to the fermenter giving this beer a peppery flavor profile with a subtle spiciness in the finish. Not overwhelming, just a quiet storm of flavors.

Draft - Dark roast with chocolate and a touch of pepper. Jet lack with a nice brown head. Dark roasty chocolate, touch of pepper and nice chocolate notes. Not as fruity as a normal Baltic Porter, but nice.

Draft. Wood smoke, coffee, light pepper,, and chocolate malt aroma. Black with small head. Sweet smoky coffee, chocolate malt, and moderately bitter herbal hay flavor. Light pepper heat in the finish. Very nice.
