Our karate chopping Monon friend was due for a beer named in his honor. This Pale Ale is dry hopped with Hull Melon and Crystal but taken to a different level with kosher salt and fresh lime juice giving it a tangy bright flavor you can only find here at the Lug!

Draft - Citrus, tons of lime and salt. Clear gold with a small head. Lime, peel and salty notes. A bit overboard.
