Artisan Tears is a quick-soured hoppy beer finished with our house wild yeast and left to condition for three months. The tartness and acidity contrast with the aggressive late-hop additions to lead to a refreshing, balanced sour ale with layers of flavor.

On tap at Hopcat Louisville. Pours a hazy orange gold with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is lemon zest, grass, oak. Medium body, tart lemon, oak, lacto, crushable, very good.

Draft - Funky nice sour notes with some melon. Clear gold with a decent white head. Soured lacto, nectarine and white grape. Intense and acidic, but nice.
