Gose is a style of ale that originated in Goslar, Germany early in the 16th century. The Axl Gose is brewed with orange peel, coriander, and Himalayan Pink Salt, and is inoculated woth lactobacillus bacteria after the boil to add sourness. Dominant flavors include notes of citric tartness, slight herbal characteristics, and hints minerality and saltiness.

Draft - Soured wheat and salty notes. Clear pale gold with a decent white head. Sour and salty with a tart finish. Maybe a bit too tart.

Draft. Lemon, orange, wheat malt, and light salt aroma. Pale yellow with small head. Moderate sweet-tart lemon/orange, wheat malt flavor with light salty finish. Good body. Nice.
