A Wild Grand Cru brewed with 75 lbs of local fresh hops, from Ohio Valley Hop Farm in Maineville, OH, all Ohio malt from Haus Malts and Rustic Brew Farm, and fermented with the wild brettanomyces bruxellensis. Earthy and rustic yeast flavors compliment floral and perfume-y fresh hop notes. Savory, refreshing, and as from-the-earth as a beer can get.

Draft - Sweet fruity Belgian yeasts. Clear gold with a nice white head. Sweet fruity and nice begian notes. Hoppy notes make this much better.
