Bottle. Earthy orange, biscuit malt, and orange peel aroma. Cloudy pale yellow with small head. Mildly sweet citrus, biscuit malt, moderately sour Brett, and mildly bitter dry hay/orange peel and quinine flavor. Good body. Pretty dry.

bottle - Hazy gold. The aroma is of citrusy hops and some mild brett. The flavor is moderately bitter with citrus, resin, and brett. I was a little leery of this one, but the "wild ipa" works better than I expected. Interesting brew.

Sampler at the brewery. For me, the best of all 15. The brett is strong with this one. An herbal brett overload. Flavor has a not actually bitter hop flavor but more like a rough green flavor. But love the brett. Thick, muddy yellow, can’t see thru it, appearance. The brettiness covers up the house character and the poor hoppiness.

Sample at Daily Growler UA. This brew pours a slightly hazy yellow-gold color with a thin white head that evaporates steadily to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, floral hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of funky citrus, herbal hops and malt. The finish is moderately bitter and slightly funky with a citrusy hops aftertaste. Above average overall.

Draft - Grapedruit, grass and citrus peel. Cloudy gold with a white head. Bright, bitter pale malts and citrus with a bit of peel on the finish. Nice.
