Bottle. Poured a near pitch black color with some dark brown edges to it. Creamy, medium sized tan head. Aroma was roasted malts, some dark fruit notes. Flavor is nice, creamy toasted and roasted malts, creamy caramel. Dark fruit notes. Pretty darn good.

500ml bottle pours out very dark brown with a small mocha head. FIzzy and dissipating. Dark sweet carmelized sugar, prunes. Plenty of bitter roast in the flavor. Strong robust with some bitter sweet chocolate. Some chalkiness in the finish. Tasty

Opaque dark brown colour, brownish frothy head, good retention. Aroma mild caramel, chocolate, coffee, roasty, alcohol. Taste medium sweet and light bitter. Full-bodied, creamy texture, malty bittersweet finish, hints of caramel, coffee and chocolate, a bit sharp on the tongue. A beer like a meal.

0,5 l bottle. Pours dark, nearly black and oily. Big tanned head. Coffee, toffee and berries on the nose. Starts very thick oily, bitter chocolate, coffee, berries and very alcoholic. Dark malt, massive body. Sticky and bittersweet in the end but not easy to drink. Heavy stuff! A big thank you to coinside for he bottle.

Almost Pitch Black, Medium Tan Head, Decent Lacing. Sweet chocolate, toasted malt, strong burned coffee bitter finish. Slight alcohol zing, although it is surprisingly smooth and easy to drink for European 9.5% ABV. Pretty Good. Best Polish Beer that I’ve tried so far....Worth a Try....

Enjoyed a bottle of this at Eva’s European Sweets, when my band played Syracuse a few years back. Poured a dark brown colour with a big beige head that last and with average lacing. Beautiful aromas of coffee, maple syrup, mild dark fruits and molasses. Wow... no burn at all for a 9.5% ABV. beer. So smooth and not that thick. Maybe a little creamy even, in the end. Mild bitterness with some molasses, roasted malt and a nice sweetness in the finish. Pretty smooth imperial porter that I was quite happy to try.

This pours thick and velvety, with heavy body, thick lacing, black with creamy beige head. Aroma of dark chocolate, nuts, pumpernickel. Taste has smooth bitterness, roast grains, sharp aftertaste and lingering finish. This was a real treat.

33cl bottle from Chopin Airport, Warszawa. Pours black with creamy, beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, dark fruits, chocolate, raisins and hints of licorice, coffee, caramel and alcohol. Medium sweet with nice roasty flavours and a well balanced bitterness. Medium to full body with a slightly soft carbonation. Flavourful and delicious.
