Sample at the taproom during the "8 Days of Barrels" event as part of Ohio Brew Week on 07/13/2018. Dark brown color with a medium khaki head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Small patches of lace. Roast malt, chocolate and coffee aroma. Light-bodied with flavors of roasted malt, chocolate and mild coffee. The finish is roasty with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.
