Sample at the taproom. Cloudy dark mahogany-brown color with a medium beige head that dissipates gradually to a film. Sparse small patches of lace. Savory, woody aroma with malty notes. Medium body with flavors of cherrywood, smoky malt, fruit and slight hops. The finish is smoky with a malty and woody aftertaste. Decent overall.

Draft - pours black tan head - nose/taste of smoked cherry wood, chocolate with light roast - medium body

Draft - Sweet and light smoked dark roast. Jet brown with a light brown head. Dark roast, graham cracker and Woody peat notes. Decent.
