Bottle @ benzai. Black colour with a small off-white head. Smells coffee, roasty, slightly salty, more coffee, nice. Tastes sweet, roasty, sugar, slightly weird. Something’s a bit off in the taste. Medium body, nice carbo.

Sehr dunkelbraune/schwarze Farbe, ordentliche hell bräunliche Schaumkrone. Geruch röstmalzig, viel Kaffee, Vanille. Geschmack nach Kaffee, etwas wässrig malziger Körper, süß röstmalzig.

Bottle courtesy of Deanso and from ABC Beers. Poured a clear dark brown with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is rich roasty malt, creamy caramel. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light, slightly watery malt, mineral, earthy light liqourice bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle. Black with very small beige head. Light sweet dark fruits at first, marzipan, paracetamol, very medicinal, carbonated water, chalky. Light roasted grains and a hint of coffee. Very slick feel, and a bit watery. It's not as bad as I made it sound, but it's not very good either.

Bottle shared thanks to Deanso. Pours dark brown with small tan head. Aroma of roast, overripe dark fruits, caramel, raisins, malt. Flavour is over moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

@6é Noordelijk Speciaalbierfestival te Groningen, schenkt zwart met bruine kraag. Aroma van koffie, chocolade mout, gebrande/geroosterde mouten. smaken zijn laurier, zoethoet, overheersende koffie, chocolade mouten geen extremen (op de koffietonen na dan), afdronk licht droog, matig body, aardig..
