Little cloudy dark blond to light orange beer, small creamy white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: fruity, grains, hoppy, bit cheesy, citrus, grassy, hay, some cow fodder. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sourish start, citrus, soft bitterness, peaches, some exotic fruits, bit of grains, grapefruit. Aftertaste: some citrus, exotic fruits, bit piny, sourish, grapefruit, some alcohol.

Cloudy light to bright yellow beer, small irregular creamy white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of dank hops, onions, lovely, bit cheesy, more dankness going on. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lovely stuff, resinous bitterness, very hoppy, slightly sweet, some tropical fruits, slightly sweet. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, bit resinous, lovely stuff.

Growler thanks to Will. Pours a cloudy orange with thick white frothy head. The aroma is strong citra, grapefruit, tropical notes. Medium mouthfeel with strong citra hop and light bitterness, easy to drink, wow, really enjoyed this one.

Nice fleshy fruit in the aroma and taste plus a decent baseline of bitterness, quite refreshing.

Growler from the brewery. Pours cloudy gold with a foamy white head. Tons of rich citrus in the nose, orange, grapefruit, mango, melon. Medium to big sweet flavor, some lightly bready pale malts, hints of tangy lemon, more pithy orange and grapefruit. Medium to full bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Light sticky and pithy citrus fruits in the finish, melon, tangerine, grapefruit, orange. Delicious stuff. Rich and well balanced.

1 liter growler from HFS Brewery, poured on Wednesday. Bright yellow color with large lasting head that produced huge soapy lacing. The retention is crazy. The aroma’s in this brew are some of the best I have ever experienced in a beer. Citrus for days…. Grapefruit, passion fruit and tangerine. Hints of bread malts. The flavor is simply juicy fruits. The fruits are so forward that is sweet but not cloying. Lots of hop flavors without the bitterness. Really not aggressive at all which is a marvel in itself. The flavor is truly amazing. Texture is all wet, juicy hops. I didn’t feel the 8 % ABV until after the second glass, alcohol notes doesn’t exist here. DAMN Mr. Hill has done it again!

No head but small white rim; pale UFO-laden, fully hazy ochre-orangey beer. Exploding fruity/citrussy hoparomas on opening. Grapefruit(peel), hopoils reigning. Baked cake(bottom) with maltsweetness supporting very bitter-fruiy hopflavours. Grapefruit again most prominent. Citra squared, rather than doubled. Gets even more fruity after some time, bitterness mellowing. Light to medium bodied impression only. Little carbonisation. Nothing really spectacular, but immensely satisfying brew. 750mL growler, pours a cloudy opaque golden orange with a small white head. Aroma of various tropical fruits, citrus hops, that typical "cat piss" smell that the citra hops, and some cereal malts. Flavour is quite bitter, with citrus hops, some dry tropical fruity notes, a little grassy hop notes, and some dry cereal malts to back. Very bitter, but also wonderfully robust on the palate. Citra not being one of my favourite hops by itself, I didn't enjoy this as much as Hill Farmstead's other IIPAs; though this is exceptionally well-made and very highly drinkable. Excellent.

Growler - thanks Del! Pours hazy yellow-amber with a medium creamy off-white head that dissipates with very nice lacing. Aroma is citrus, pine resin, a touch of passionfruit. Flavor is about the same, light sweetness, light to medium bitterness, but very controlled bitterness as compared to the flavor explosion in the mouth from the hop resins. Medium body, prickly carbonation, oily mouthfeel. Yummy.
