We were working in the lab late one night when from his slab a monster began to rise. Deep within the TEB castle we built this Frankenstein of styles for session consumption. The heart of a Kölsch, some flaked corn bolts stuck in his neck, and the stitching of a Vienna Lager. Soft German pilsner, American corn, Perla Negra malt and Kolschbier yeast make the pieces fit. Hallertauer Mittelfrueh and German Tettnang recess into the bitterness tangling with floral pleasant spice. Notes of soft baked rye crusted bread, plum, light caramel drippings. Finishing dry and crisp. Cheers to the Adam of our labors.
