A golden wild ale fermented and aged in young French oak Chardonnay puncheons. This was further fermented and aged with Oregon grown peaches and apricots. A vibrant fruit character, clean acidity and balanced oak notes.

Bottle thanks to Jeremy. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong peach flesh, mineral, oak. Thin body, stone fruit warhead, light acidity, oak, really enjoyed this.

Bottle share. Golden orange color with a small white head. Light fruit in the aroma, quite a bit of sulphur, and a little bit of oak barrel. Taste is more in the stone fruit, oak barrel, and quite a bit of tart funkiness. Quite a bit of acidity in this one.
