Sampled from the tap at Navigator Taproom. Pours a hazy earthy yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy tart strawberry with a touch of rhubarb and an earthy wheat backbone. Flavor has a combination of earthy strawberry and rhubarb with a wheat backbone.

12oz bottle. Unfiltered light orange body, faint shades of strawberry pink. Not much of a head, fades away fast. I really like the interplay between the salt and the rhubarb, how the salt accentuates the rhubarbs dryness. Medium bodied, very easy drinking. Balanced and well executed.
