Bottle - Light soured malts. Cloudy gold with a white head. Lemony aspirin notes with a very dry finish. Decent.

Bottle thanks to George. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head. The aroma is funk, oak, grape, white wine. Thin mouth, grape, white wine, oak, light tartness, really nice.

Sample at the brewpub during the bottle sale weekend on 05/08/2015. Pours a clear copper-amber color with a medium thin white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing on the glass. Oaky aroma with fruit and malt notes. Light to medium body with a vinous oaky character and notes of bready malt and herbal wheat. The finish is tart and fruity with an oak and yeast aftertaste. Enjoyable beer all around.
