Draft - Sweet spicy ginger. Clear gold. Sweet and spicy ginger with a long finish. This is all about the ginger.

Sampled on draft at the meadery this mead poured a pale yellow color. The aroma was sweetish with vanilla, ginger powder and a vague herbal note. The flavor was sweet and syrupy with table sugar, vague fruits and herbs. Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied. Ok.

Glass served at the tap room. Pours a clear pale blonde color with no head and decent legs. Aroma of ginger and honey. Full-bodied with flavors of sweet ginger, honey and herbs. The finish is slightly syrupy with a strong and lingering ginger aftertaste. Decent, albeit somewhat one-note Mead overall.
