Sample at the tap room. Hazy dark golden color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of yeast, spice and malt. Medium body with flavors of peppery yeast, funky fruit and bready malt. The finish is mildly funky with a fruity yeast aftertaste. Above average overall.

Draft - Sweet fruity Belgian yeasts and some grassy notes. Clear gold with a nice white head. Sweet. Estery and citrus with a dry ish finish. Not bad.

Draft. Lemon, orange, biscuit malt, yeast, and hay aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with small head. Sweet citrus, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter dry hay and Brett flavor. Nice balance. Very tasty.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a cloudy peach-gold color with a large foamy white head that lingered and left incredible lacing. The aroma was almost skunky, perfumey, phenol and a bit chalky. The flavor was perfume, citrus, a bit of yeast and phenol. Medium length finish. Medium body. Meh.
