Sample from cask at the 13th annual Smokehouse Mini Real Ale Fest on 05/14/2016. This Gruit pours a clear orange-amber color with a thin off-white head that dissipates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of fruit and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of stone fruit and grainy malt. The finish is spiced fruit and malt. Decent overall.
