Tipopils is an “archetypal” beer: it embodies and corresponds to the idea of light beer settled in our DNA over many centuries. Produced by infusion with Caramunich- and Pilsner-type barley malts, brewed with a popular German bottom-fermenting yeast. German bittering and aromatic hops used both in warm and cold hopping (dry hopping). It is coarsely filtered to remove some of the yeast.

330ml bottle. Opalescent, orange golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting and lacing, snow white head. Grassy, slightly herbal and citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, slightly spicy, pale malty background, hints of lemon grass, lemon, a touch of nettle, chlorophyll. Taste is slightly dry, grassy, slightly herbal and minimally citrusy fruity hoppy, minimally spicy, pale malyt basis with very low residual sweetness, hints of lemon grass, green lemon peel, a touch of nettle, cracker.
Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium to fine, mildly prickly carbonation.

Dorada ligeramente nebulosa. Espuma abundante y cremosa de buena retención. Buen aroma malteado con notas de bolleria y especias. Muy buen sabor en boca, malteada y con agradable tono de naranja. Seca y de amargor moderado.

Pours slightly hazed gold into a pils. Bright white head with excellent retention turns soapy as it recedes leaving spot lacing. Caramel, hay and slight skunk aromas. Crisp with sweet caramel, citrus and earthy straw front to back. Medium length dry earth finish.
