Tipopils is an “archetypal” beer: it embodies and corresponds to the idea of light beer settled in our DNA over many centuries. Produced by infusion with Caramunich- and Pilsner-type barley malts, brewed with a popular German bottom-fermenting yeast. German bittering and aromatic hops used both in warm and cold hopping (dry hopping). It is coarsely filtered to remove some of the yeast.

Tap at Birrifico Italiano, Milan, 18th October 22. Pours a clear and good looking beer, lovely glass helps too. Aroma is straw and fresh grass, hops and aromatic. Taste is crisp, bitter and refreshing, aromatic and straw, wet grass. Excellent Italian pils

Bottle from Systembolaget. Golden with a white head. Hops, grass, bread and some citrus. Quite dry and bitter. Balanced and refreshing.

Ljust gyllengul och lätt disig vätska med ett vitt och fluffigt skumlock. Aromer av deg, bröd och lite grönt gräs. Lätt maltkropp och en påtaglig neutral beska. Den riktigt rena krispigheten uteblir. Välgjord och god.

Grabbed to see what’s fuss about. Orange gold pour and frothy head. Nose is pine and herbal. Tastes of seasoning packet, pine tree, lemon. Zippy enough. Pleasant.

Draught in Redrum in Rome. Clean gold with a medium head. Aroma of grainy malt. Flavour is malt and citrus, soft carbonation, bread finish.
