Pour is a dark river water brown with a small tan head. Aroma is sweet dark fruit. Some plum and brown sugar. Flavor is sweet molasses with some dark fruit and a decent hit of alcohol. A whole lot of sweetness but this is not to far off from the style. Plenty of dark fruit but get ready for a bit of sugar on the finish.

Monster Quad - sampled at Junk Ditch in Fort Wayne. I’ve become fond of this style. This one had intense raisin aroma and prune/plum taste. A little weak on the finish - something off a bit. But still very nice.

Bomber from Tavour. Nose is dark sweet raisins, caramel, and vanilla. Crystal clear red with a medium, heavy lacing, beige head. Flavor is lightly sweet, lightly bitter, with lots of fruitiness. Not a St. Bernardus or Westy, but a flavorful quad.

Draft. Bourbon, berry, and chocolate malt aroma. Dark chestnut with minimal head. Strong sweet bourbon and light berry chocolate malt flavor. A bit boozy but otherwise on the lighter side for a quad - tasty.
