Per Diem is a session Belgian Pale Ale. A variety of European malts contribute a rich golden hue and sessionable 5% ABV, while Pacific Northwest hops lend moderate bitterness. The flavor profile features spicy Belgian esters, floral and citrus hop notes and light malt overtones making it, as the name suggests, an enjoyable ’everyday’ beer.
