33 cl bottle @ home, about a year old. Very dark color. Huge, frothy, rocky beige head, good retention. Aromaβs of roasted malts, red fruit, brett/funk. Even more brett retronasal. Flavor is roasted, bretty, a bit bitter chocolate, some light tartness. Light bodied. High carbonation. Finishes with lots of roast, ashy - thatβs the best part of this beer. Iβd be very curious about a proper (no brett) version.

Black beer. Smells very bretty, but has quite a balanced sour bretty taste, with a smooth underlying sweetness of coffee. Good one.

Thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass dark brown, almost black, nice head. Malty-roasty aroma. Starts intense malty, roasty, earthy notes. Hints of liquorice and strong coffee. Finish well balanced, warming malty, still some interesting earthy notes. Good!

Bottle. Aroma mostly brett, light background fruits and coffee/roasted. Dark brown colour, heavy stable head. Taste is nicely balanced. Initially fruity, caramel, with moderate sourness. Contrary to expectations, sourness disappears progressively. Finish is roasted with light soury twist. Very interesting and tasty brett experiment.

0,33 l bottle bought directly at the brewery. Very dark red brown in the glass. Mighty tanned head. Choco and berry fruity, nearly like grass silage on the nose. Starts as a toffee bomb. Followed by a little bit dry dark chocolate with a surprisingly fresh taste. Malty and fruity. Maybe not a very complex finish. But a good one to drink.
