Bottle, 5.5%. Dark brown with big beige head. Aroma is malt, caramel, light roasted malts and a little chocolate. Flavour is roatsed malts, over carbonated, medium sweet, chocolate, hop, little bread, little dry, little brett and medium bitter.

Bottle @ TSODRBSG13, Ulfborg. Hazy brown with a big and lasting beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, a little roasted malt, chocolate and a hint of brett. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and roasted light bitter finish. 300813

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are brett, roast malt, coffee, chocolate and hops. A little too carbonated.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with a huge tan head. Aroma is roasted malty, overripe fruity and toasted malty. Bitter, toffee malty and caramelish. Dry and toasted into a light dusty chocolate finish. Mild bretty finish.

Bottle shared thanks to Deanso. Pours near black with a small beige head. Aroma of brett funk, chocolate, roasted malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle, RBESG 2013 @ Rooie Dop brew dungeon. Nose is chocolate and roasted malts, slight fruityness. Flavour of roasted malts, chocolate, bit fruity, brett notes, hay and barn yard like. Finish is slightly dry.

Bottle at Rooie Dop, Utrecht at the RBESG 2013 opening night. Poured a dark mahogany with a thin tan head. The aroma is weak malt. The flavour is medium bitter, roasted malt, liqourice and with a slightly watery palate.

Bottle @ Rooie Dop. Brown color, short brown head. Aroma of chocolat and a hint of roast. The Brett leaves a layer of hay, barnyard and cow dung. The creaminess of the porter goes exceptionally well with the funky notes the Brett provides. I want this to stay in the portfolio as a Brett version! :-)

33cl Bottle at Rooie Dop Brewdungeon, RBESG ’13. Almost black colour, beige head. Aroma of Brett, light funky, dark fruits, chocolate, earth. Flavour is medium-sweet, cocoa, coffee, chocolate, funk, Brett, light earthy, bitter roasted finish with some fruity notes. Light-bodied. Nice.
