Sanda Blonde is a light golden IPA with aromas of grapefruit and passion fruit. Flavors of gooseberry and citrus fruits are prevalent with a good citrus and hop bitterness to making it a deliciously easy drinking IPA.

Clear medium golden colour, average frothy white head, half-way lasting, good lacing. Citrus nose, aroma grapefruit, pine, strong citrus surpresses almost all other aroma’s. Taste light heavy bitter, light sweet notes. Medium body, oily to creamy texture, average carbonation, aftertaste sharp dry bitter, astringent, spicy notes. Quite harsh on the palate, indeed aggressive, but okay.

Bottle. Hop Hideout, Sheffield. Hazy gold. Film of clingy, white head. Toffee malts. Some dried pineapple. Pineapple cube sweets. A bit buttery. Taste is sweet, turning long, light, citrus bitter. Decent body. Soft carbonation. Bit of chew. Finishes lengthy bitter. Ok, but not keen on the buttery thing.

Light clear golden beer with a very light fruit aroma. Flavour is light hop with a bit of lemon. Tasty. Served very cold so I’d be interested to try it a bit warmer.
