Despite the high alcohol percentage, this beer is surprisingly drinkable. The looping single malt as its base and the high frequencies of the hop included during the boil, as well as of the dry hopping, deliver an extrasensory rave party.

[A 6 A 6 F 8 T 8 O 7.2] L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la continuità olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una scarsa tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di aspetto cristallino. La carbonazione è praticamente piatta. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La costanza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pronta beva. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sulla lingua si depositano caratteristiche di miele, luppolo, resina, frutta secca e pompelmo rosa. Variazioni plus, lattina bevuta il 16/01/2026 alle ore 19:30. Il naso vira verso il fruttato. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la permanenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato si percepiscono sentori di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, resina, pino, agrumi, pompelmo, ananas e mora.

On tap at Drunken Duck, Quinto Vicentino. Pours cloudy orange with off-white head. Sweetish, caramel, malty, bitter finish, some fruit, piney. Medium bodied.

330mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark golden orange with a medium white head. Nose reveals a nice earthy and piney hops character, with light resins, and caramely bready malt. Flavour is very creamy, with heaps of bitter piney hops dominating upfront, with a thin biscuity malt layer to provide support. Piney and bitter, just how I like them. A nicely done IIPA.

Caña en el Lupulo 24..08..2016. (r110). Color ámbar dorado poca espuma blanca. Aromas y sabores afrutados y maltosos ligeramente tostados. Cuerpo medio a intenso con cierta densidad y espumoso. bastante buena. Amargo suave afrutado duradero. Para repetir.

Flarra. Doftar tungt av blött halm och ladugård. I munnen fyllig lite sherry toner ich sedan kommer rejäl fin beska. Eftersmaken lite trä och lite sherry.
