Capped 750 shared by Marcus. Pours gold with a white head. Aromas of wood and mixed fruits. Med body with a certain fizziness. Flavor is woody astringently tart and dry with mixed fruits which seem to include red berry. Think this is more sour/wild than saison, but that’s me. Fairly tasty ale.

Bottle thanks to Jim. Pours a cloudy orange with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is yeast, lemon zest, oak. Medium body, citrus, oak, funky, nice tartness, light dry finish, very good.

750 ml bottle. Good stuff. Big mix of sour fruity flavors and barrel in the aroma. Apricot, plum, lemon, lime, light cheesy funk. Lacto-forward but it’s not a yogurt bomb. Nice depth from the pinot noir barrel in the aroma. Good vinous and oak flavors. A touch of butteriness from the barrel. Pleasant brett character. Fairly tart and dry but still pretty gentle overall and very easy to drink. Soft, light feel. Tasty stuff.
